Welcome to Walsgrave Health Centre

We are a family practice with a lead GP, advanced nurse practitioners, practice nurse, paramedic and Health Care Assistant serving 5,000 patients serving Walsgrave and Wyken. We are dedicated to quality medical care and believe in giving all our patients the treatment and information they need to make themselves as healthy as possible.

Healthcare is a partnership and our patients are encouraged to take an active part in all of their treatment.

All our staff working in our practice are committed to enabling you to enjoy the best possible health. This involves us providing the best care and medicines within the resources available to us, and keeping you involved and informed at all stages of your care.

We belive in working in partnership with patients to meet health objectives and ask that you play your role in this partnership. This involves taking responsibility for your health including diet, exercise, smoking and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  We ask for your support:

  • Requesting home visit only when really necessary.
  • Arriving on time or a few minutes early for your appointment
  • Informing us if you cannot attend a book appointment
  • Informing us of any change in address, or phone numbers.
